1. Do you understand how to reassemble the plan by bringing the lower level plans together?

2. Do you know what to do if there is a disconnection in the data of the lower level plans and they do not add up to the Level 1 plan?

3. How do you intend to monitor progress? Weekly? Monthly? Quarterly? Annually?

4. Do you have a fully functional quarterly reporting system that is consistent with good financial reporting practices?

5. Do your performance tasks found in the action plan tie in to individual performance criteria?

6. Have you properly identified the processes necessary to map for organizational effectiveness?

7. Does each process have an owner and a team dedicated to improving the process?

8. Have the expected results of the process mapping been tied to individual performance?

9. Have you properly identified the organizational change resistance points for any changes you need to make? If yes, what actions have you taken to negate the negative influence of these resistance points?

10. Have you properly identified all the leadership and managership issues found in your surveys or in the gap analysis stages of your planning? Do you know how to fix the shortfalls?
