A wholesaler is one of the merchandiser‘s type who purchased goods and then resell it to the new buyers. The retailer is one of the merchandiser who sells the goods to the buyers or the customer. The wholesaler merchandiser is the producer of a large amount of the merchandise and then sells the smaller piece of the products to the retailer that can’t stock the large number of the products.

After knowing the market interest and the market needs, the good wholesaler will know the good products that will easy to sell in the markets and easy to distribute to the retailers or the distributors.
In other side, being the retailer of the products that have the direct contact with the customer still have some difficulties. To be a good dealer in retailing products to sell, the retailer have to know the condition of the market of the product want to sell. Although the retailer can’t stock a large amount of the products, the retailer have a good point in the flow and the variation products that want to sell.
